1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any Genesis functionality, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• You are responsible for credentials, account security, and activity under your account.
• You may only manage Discord guilds for which you are properly authorized.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.

3. Service Scope and Availability

Genesis provides dashboard and bot-connected workflows for guild configuration, plugin management, entitlement evaluation, billing transparency, and runtime observability.

Service features may evolve over time. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or product development.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Paid features are billed according to selected plan terms and billing cycle.
• Charges may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failed payments may trigger retries, notifications, and service restrictions on affected features.
• Subscription updates, cancellations, and entitlement effects follow product policy and checkout terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use Genesis lawfully and in compliance with Discord policies and applicable regulations. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access attempts, service abuse, and security interference.

6. Intellectual Property

Genesis, associated software, site content, and trademarks are owned by Genesis or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service as authorized.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or compatibility with all third-party systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period as permitted by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription obligations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect on the posted effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
