Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines permitted and prohibited activity when using Genesis services. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Genesis to configure and operate Discord guild workflows you are authorized to manage, provided your activity complies with applicable law, Discord policies, and these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, guilds, APIs, systems, or data.
  • Circumventing authentication, authorization, rate limits, or service safeguards.
  • Uploading, distributing, or executing malware, exploit code, or malicious automation.
  • Abusing integrations to spam, harass, or impersonate users or communities.
  • Interfering with availability, monitoring, logging, or incident response systems.
  • Using the service for unlawful activity or in violation of third-party rights.

3. Data and Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of configuration content, automation outputs, and data submitted through the service.

4. Security Testing and Disclosure

Unauthorized security testing is prohibited. If you identify a vulnerability, report it responsibly through support@genesisdashboard.app with reproduction details and impact summary.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, and legal referral where required.

6. Appeals and Questions

If you believe enforcement was applied in error, contact support@genesisdashboard.app with relevant account and guild details for review.
